During the autumn and winter months, the Society hosts talks by invited guest speakers. Over the years, topics have ranged from the archaeology of the Borders to ancient bones, bodies and disease.

Meetings start at 7.30 pm. and will be held in the Community Centre, Walkershaugh, Peebles, except for 9^th November 2010 when the meeting will be held in the Eastgate Theatre.

There's tea and coffee after the meeting and a chance for an informal chat with the speaker.
